Indeed, Bill can hear, and he does not like your tone, Fox. Maybe it's the way he says Dana. Maybe it's the simple fact that a boy who Bill hasn't vetted is saying her name at all.

"This is my brother Bill," she introduces unnecessarily, but in a friendly tone, like being aggressively normal can fix this.
