Before agreeing to read the cards she should've thought it through, that all this might come out. It's not quite the lighthearted party trick she promised.

You know Missy; she was listening to Rhiannon on repeat back then, convinced both of us were reincarnated sorceresses." Again, she can't help a small, sad smile, biting at her bottom lip.
"Carinda encouraged that kind of thing-- the idea that any of us might be psychic, or special, you know. I do think she genuinely meant well by it. But we spent a lot of time there-- they had a little cafe, if you remember. It was... nice."
